Episode 01: Rhythm and Mental Health

This episode focuses on mental health and the impact it has on students. I sat down with Jacqueline Finley, current student and member of Institute for Women’s Leadership at Rutgers University. Jacqueline is also the founder of Rhythm and Recovery Dance workshop, which focuses on dance therapy as an option for mental healthcare. In this episode, Jacqueline and her mother share their inspiring journey to raising their voices and creating this space for students to express and release themselves as they dance freely.

You can find Jacqueline on Instagram @jacquelinefinley and learn more about her workshop @rhythmandrecoverydance
